Instagram has released their new app Layout, a stand alone app that combines multiple pictures into a single one.
The process to create them is very simple and fun. You can select up to 9 pictures from your camera roll and the app will arrange them automatically into several different layouts.
After you select the layout you want, you can drag the pictures, re-arrange them, change their size, modify orientation. Then just hit save and it is ready to share on Instagram or Facebook.
For spontaneous moments there is a ‘Photo Booth’ feature. As soon as you tap it a countdown will start and capture photos that you will see on an layout automatically.
Layout from Instagram is available only for iOS at the moment. In the coming weeks it will be on Android too.
